Very happy with our experience - our 3 dogs were boarded together for a week. The eldest is 16, deaf and has poor eye sight so we avoid leaving her in kennels. The youngest is strong and needs lots of exercise. We have used several different kennels over the years and were very impressed by the condition of all our dogs when we collected them. Coats in good condition, relatively calm and settled back at home immediately. Valentine's must be getting quite a lot right.....

I've been bringing my dog here for 9 years it's always been so welcoming and relaxing for me and my dog he wags his tail every time we come before and after and is so well looked after all in all a very friendly and brilliant kennels great place to bring your furry family best in the area

Shocked how underweight my dog came home. Owner was rude and very angry we were 20 mins late picking dog's up. We for warned her but she wanted to finish at half past four even though her website says they close at 5?? She was frustrated she was gonna have to disturb all the dog's to get my dog. When I went in the kennels there was 2 dog's in there and at least 6 were empty? My dog's toy was put in with the dry food container and when I got home my son picked it out of the tub and it was soaked in urine. I said I was upset because I nearly killed myself trying to get there on time but got stuck in traffic. She replied "I don't care that's your problem" I then said she's lost my business and she said again " good I don't care" these kennels have a bungalow on site where they apparently live so no dogs are left alone overnight. They rent this bungalow as a holiday let so not sure how dog's aren't alone overnight????

My lovely boxer doesn't like change . He runs into the Kennels and wags his tail with glee. When i pick him up he looks in very good shape and settles home immediately. Iv'e used this kennels for a few years and think that they do a wonderful job. Dogs bark especially when they here others bark: communication!!!!!!!!

I've worked at this kennels for nearly 5 years and can honestly say it is a lovely environment to work in. Sue and Don are great people to work for and care immensely for the animals that board with us, as well as for their staff. All the kennels have individual heat lamps and extra bedding and heat pads are available when its very cold or if dogs are a bit older/more fragile .Staff are all passionate about their jobs and individual dogs needs are met to a high standard. Dogs are walked every day for around 10-15 minutes, and they get one-one attention throughout the day. I also use this kennel as a customer. My dog LOVES going on holidays here (you only have to say 'auntie sue' and he goes mad trying to find his kennel lead). He loves going off lead round the field and all the attention he gets from staff. It makes going away easier as I know he will be fussed over and cared for by knowledgeable people. He always comes out happy and normally sleeps for the rest of the day, one walk a day still seems to tire him out. As a family we have used this kennel for years and staff/owners have always shown a great level of care for all ages of dogs, including a rather old greyhound that had health issuesFantastic place to board your family pet! As someone currently studying for a masters in animal welfare I can highly recommend
