It was a very sad visit for me as my aging cat was put to sleep the vet was extremely sympathetic and understanding and although no words could have made it better, she did help a lot with her kindness. I would recommend pet owners to register with this practice.
Been with this vets longer than Dave Cumber (so when it was just Fielding pre Fielding and Cumber days). 34 years a loyal customer but no longer. Their prices are horrific and their whole attitude is about the money - told me twice their prices have shot up because the new premises and equipment has to be paid for- I do not have shares and I do not need to know that. Unnecessary treatments and keeping sick animals alive for tests and treatments is NOT what I want in a vet :( Paid double for the same operation 16 months apart! One of my beloved dogs very nearly died due to their negligence - wish I could give zero stars!
I recently had a rather traumatic experience regarding my beloved rabbit. The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic, and the situation was dealt with within a few days. I realise they may be pricey, but as l would never take my pets anywhere else, l have nothing to compare them with, and what price is dear for excellent care?. I cannot rate them too highly, if there were a higher score I would gladly give it. Many thanks to you all..
No complaints, took my hamster here, found prices were still very expensive for such a small animal. Since found pets4vets are almost half the price for small animals. Apart from the pricing staff were extremely friendly and keen to say hello and help my little guy.
