they been stressing me out for two years to change brake pads as dangerous to drive so i have looked myself and they been fine could do another 40000 on them!!!when found discount online for a service they charged me extra for new wheel nuts set as one nut gone missing. It was YOU who tightened it. Did you ever think to do anything for free as good gesture if someone been trusting YOU for years?Just got the feeling they do not care!! COWBOYS

Excellent service. Helpful staff and good communication. Only improvement point I would make is that the waiting area could be a bit more inspiring.. but hey.. I went for tyres not inspiration! Thanks for surpassing my expectations.
Overall not too impressed with them. First time I've used them. Two tyres needing replacement and some "free checks" (oil/brakes).Appointment for 1.30, dropped car off at 1.20 and was told it might be an hour/hour and a half. I went off to Aldi to find some lunch and came back. Apparently no care whether customers are comfortable as whilst there's a loo there and some seats that's all and the door was propped wide open in November.One and a half hours later I was told my car was "being done". I queried how long it was to be and was told about twenty minutes.Two full hours after dropping off my car was ready. And I was frozen. No apology for any delay.Price was fine but customer service distinctly lacking.
Very helpful staff. My car was in at the exact time booked and out again within the time specified. Will definitely make this my MOT place
